ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed daily from Mondays through Fridays. Orders received before 3:00 PM (Manila time, or 0700 GMT) from Mondays through Fridays are processed on the same day while orders received after this time are processed on the next business day. If your order was placed after 3:00 pm on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on a Holiday, such order will be processed on the next business day. All credit card purchases are charged to cardholder on the same day.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products sold by Aquasanastore.com.ph merchants are available for courier pickup and consolidation within 72 hours after the order has been processed and approved. If your order will not be available within 72 hours, or is out-of-stock, Aquasanastore.com.ph will notify you by email if and when the item will be available, or if the item has been phased-out, as the case may be.
If your order has been approved, you will be notified by email at the email address you provided upon registration or when you made the purchase at Aquasanastore.com.ph. In certain instances, especially for payments made via bank deposit, a representative from Aquasanastore.com.ph may contact you by telephone or email to confirm your order.
