RETURNS
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the order. All returns should be in reasonable condition and include all original parts, packaging and any free gifts. If any items are missing the return may be subject to a 15% restocking fee or the cost may be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable unless it is due to our error.
Requests must be made by emailing: customercare@aquasanastore.com.ph with "Request for RMA" on the subject header plus your order number or full billing name.
REFUNDS
Refunds cannot be made for returned items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or higher.
