The Rewards @ Aquasana program allows Aquasana Store’s most valued customers to redeem goods and services using rewards points earned through:
a. Personal purchases from Aquasana Store
b. Customer referrals to Aquasana Store
1. This program is exclusive to registered Aquasana Store clients online only.
2. A rewards point is the unit of value earned from purchasing Aquasana Home Water Filters from the aquasanastore.com.ph online store. Rewards points have no cash value and may only be used to redeem goods and services featured in the Rewards page of the website.
3. A customer can redeem rewards item/s featured on the website provided the item is in stock.
4. Redeemed rewards items will be delivered to the customer’s registered mailing address.
1. All registered Aquasana Store customers automatically earn rewards points from their personal purchases online as well as from their customer referrals.
2. Rewards points can be viewed live online by logging into your personal account.
3. Aquasana Store reserves the right to disqualify any person from further participation in Rewards @ Aquasana program, if in its judgment, that the person has violated the terms and conditions herein or has violated the terms and conditions governing the registration to Aquasana Store online. Suspension and disqualification may result in the cancellation of the individual’s right of participation and all rewards points earned.
Rewards points can be redeemed anytime:
1. Only the registered Aquasana Store customer is eligible to request and redeem rewards points.
2. Rewards points are eligible for redemption only for accounts that are current and in good standing at the time of redemption.
3. All Rewards items featured on the rewards catalog online are subject to availability and are offered only while stocks lasts. Aquasana Store reserves the right to remove and/or replace Rewards items with equivalent value and nature without prior notice.
4. Once a valid redemption request has been made, this cannot be cancelled, revoked or changed.
5. Images of Rewards items presented in rewards catalog online may slightly vary from the actual items to be delivered to the cardholder.
6. All Rewards items descriptions are based on information provided by the supplier. Batteries are not included with respect to battery-operated items unless otherwise stated. Installation and/or service of items are also not included, although manufacturer’s guarantee, if any, is effective and binding on the manufacturer.
7. Rewards items requiring installation, repair or maintenance service may be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with warranty information.
8. Rewards items can be exchanged or replaced only if they arrive in defective or damaged condition. The request for a replacement of a defective item received must be reported to Aquasana Store hotline within forty-eight (48) hours from the date of receipt. If the notice exceeds the 48-hour limit, the individual manufacturer’s terms and conditions apply.
9. The replacement item will be delivered within the next fifteen (15) working days for Metro Manila. Currently, we only deliver within Metro Manila area only.
10. The defective or damaged rewards item for replacement must be in it’s original manufacturer’s packaging with all the contents complete when it is picked-up.
11. Aquasana Store will not be obliged to replace any redeemed Rewards item, gift certificate or appliance voucher that is lost, stolen, damaged or expired after delivery.
12. A request for redemption of rewards points authorizes Aquasana Store to give necessary information to its contractor or agent required to perform or complete redemption process and delivery.
Aquasana Store has taken and will take reasonable care to ensure that the information it publishes online in relation to the Rewards @ Aquasana program is accurate. In case of any discrepancy in the Rewards item information indicated in other forms of communication, the information posted online will prevail and will be used as a basis for fulfilling the redemption.
Your points are credited to your account as soon as the transaction is completed or when your order/s have been delivered and installed.
